Just wanted to let everyone know that the Park at West End will be opening for the season on April 1…no joke! So come on down and you can ride the Ferris wheel and have a blast. Enjoy the museums this week end, Downtown shopping and dining!

Don’t forget that next week end we will have on the 7^th First Thursday Night, open until 8, and the Heritage Festival going on the 9^th & 10th. A really cool new addition to this event will be the Garrison Avenue Heritage Tour…re-enactors will be placed all along the Avenue in Downtown telling stories and interacting with the crowd. I’ll send more out on this next week.

It’s that time of year again.  The Park at West End will be opening this Friday, April 1^st.  Come join us and step back in time with vintage entertainment.  You can ride the 56 foot tall Ferris wheel from the 1935 World’s Fair or ride the hand painted carousel built by the Bertazzon Company in Treviso, Italy.  Each ride is only $1 per person per ride or you can buy a $20 card and receive 4 rides free!

We will be open Fridays and Saturdays through May.  Fridays from 4 - 9 pm and Saturdays from noon - 9 pm.  Then on May 31^st we will begin our summer schedule and will be open Tuesday through Friday from 4 -10 pm and Saturday noon - 10 pm.

You can also have your birthday party, wedding or other special event at The Park at West End.  The Park is located at 15 North 2^nd Street just off of the Garrison Avenue Bridge.  For more information about the park or to book your party please call 479-784-2368.
